2275 Dusky- lemon Sallow - Xanthia gilvago. 2002 Status - Red Data Endangered

Although widely distributed in Derbyshire, this moth is not common. Largest numbers are found in the Trent Valley. It is an autumn flying moth.

Current British status at 2002 is Endangered.

On the wing from late August - early October.

Food plant - Wych Elm and sometimes English Elm.
