1830 Wormwood Pug - Eupithecia absinthiata.

Trapped - Kings Newton, Melbourne, Derbyshire July 2005
.

Widely distributed and locally common in Derbyshire. The species has been recorded from all areas of the county but its population density appears to be at its greatest on industrial wasteland sites in the south and east of the county. Mainly due to these areas having good quantities of the food plants.
On the wing from June - July.

Food plant - Including Mugwort, ragworts, Wormwood, Yarrow and Goldenrod.
