STATUS A fairly common moth throughout the county where there is Sallow (Salix)

ID POINTERS – Sandy greyish-brown forewing speckled darker with a pair of dark brown blotches, rufous-reddish streaks and white spots in the centre of the forewing. Quite diagnostic.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during most of the year
