STATUS A fairly common moth throughout the county where there is Sallow (Salix)

ID POINTERS – As with most of the Agonopterix group the moth rest flat with overlapping wings. Forewing pale sandy brown with an obvious dark brown blob on each forewing and a pair of small spots above each blob. A series of small faint spots/marks along the costa.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing August – June (spends winter as an adult)
