STATUS A fairly common moth throughout the county wherever there is Hemlock.

ID POINTERS – A colourful member of the group. Forewing greyish white with much variable mottling of darker grey. Shoulders and head white. Two large blotches on the costa and a black spot bordered with reddish streak. A row of black dots along the termen.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing August – April
