STATUS Common and widely distributed in the county where there are Pinus sp.

ID POINTERS – Ground colour a creamy sandy-white, covered with bright orange blotches and patches and cross-lines.Patterning can be variable. Hindwing is dark grey. Can be confused with pinicolana.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during June – August.
