STATUS A recent invasive most probably introduced with imported Buxus plants via garden centres or range expansion. 1st recorded in Britain in 2007, gradually becoming a pest species on Box (Buxus) plants. 2023 – Extremely widespread in the county, especially in the south. 

ID POINTERS – Diagnostic.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during June – August
