STATUS A common and widely distributed species in grassy places across the county.

ID POINTERS – A large grass moth with a pale sandy brown to dark-brown forewing with a pale creamy yellow longitudinal streak running through centre and branching out into “finger-veins” at the wing tip.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during June – September
