STATUS Not listed in Harrison & Sterling (1988) – Probably very localised in the county. On Devil’s-bit Scabious, Small Scabious and Teasel

ID POINTERS – Antennae are a little longer than forewing. Forewing is a metallic golden-green, basal half. Reddish or purplish beyond. Giving it an overall coppery appearance.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during the day in late June – August
