STATUS Common and widely distributed throughout Derbyshire.

ID POINTERS – The oval and kidney mark are blurred and do not have any crisp lighter edgings. Upper wing brown or dark brown showing a silky texture when fresh. Not unlike Uncertain or Rustic. Hind wings are a silky white. 

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing June – August.
