STATUS – Last recorded August 2021 – Locally scarce and infrequently recorded in Derbyshire. Sallows along river valleys are favoured areas.
ID POINTERS – Similar to Hornet Moth, but told apart by black head and lacking the yellow tegulae. A Mimic species.
