\n\tThe RSPB Reserve at Frampton Marshes in Lincolnshire is a great place to observe migrating waders. To-day was not exception with 18 species being seen in just a few hours.  Not to mention the variety of other marshland birds with plenty of spring migrants on offer.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n
\n\t \n<\/div>\n
\n\tMy favourite spring waders were at this reserve, Temminck’s Stint and Wood Sandpiper. Also a summer plumaged Curlew Sandpiper, Spotted Redshank and Little Stint. Many of the common waders were in good numbers with at least 200 Ringed Plover and a 100 Dunlin. Several Whimbrel and Grey Plover, with at least 10 summer plumaged male Ruff scattered around the reserve pools.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tAlso Corn Bunting was added to my list of year ticks. <\/span>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tThe Year List has now hit 204.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n
