\n\tApolgies for belated Blog Post <\/strong>– The Bank holiday weekend of 4th – 5th May was spent with my cousin and family in the lovely seaside town of Tywyn<\/span><\/strong>. We were on a mission of mercy – to get an old Grandfather Clock, The Baron,<\/strong> delivered to it's new home. Mission accomplished around 2pm on 4th May, so had plenty of time for a Moth Trap overnight on 4th May. I wasn't sure what to expect in the garden, as the night became very cool and there was a bright crescent of a moon. In my experience, moth catches allways seem to be small when there is a moon on view.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWe trapped a few species just 6 Brimstone; 2 Shuttle-shapped Dart; 3 Hebrew Character; 1 Clouded Drab; 1 Spruce Carpet; 2 Light-brown Apple Moth and 5 Cockchaffer. The children were thrilled as this was their first ever Moth Trap. On Monday we took a walk along the beach to view the Petrified Forest that has been exposed by the winter storms. Quite an amazing sight. \n<\/p>\n
