\n\tOne of the most charismatic and beautiful birds that visits our shores from Scandinavia during our British winter. Unfortunately, this year hasn’t been a very good Waxwing year and there are very few in the country at this time. Fortunately for me, five birds have taken up residence in Kirk Hallam, a small village just outside Derby City. Very handy then for a year tick & a few photo opportunities. Typical, the weather was poor this morning and photography was difficult in very grey & overcast conditions. Flipping cold I may add. <\/span>\n<\/div>\n
