STATUS A fairly widespread and locally common species in the county where there is broom.

ID POINTERS – A pale sandy brown forewing with a single large blackish spot in the centre of each wing. A scattering of small dark brown flecks and spots randomly over the forewing. A string of spots along the termen.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing April – September
