STATUS Classified nationally as very local. As of Harrison & Sterling (1988) recorded as “Found in most of the dales and the north west of the county on Comfrey”. Current status not known.

ID POINTERS – A very distinctive little black and white moth

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during the day in May & August
