STATUS Common and widespread throughout the county.

ID POINTERS – Relatively non-descript- Forewing a light brown, sometimes dark or greyish. Usually a black dot on the wing fold at a third. and a further spot in the disc at two-thirds.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing in June – August
