Tortricidae – Olethreutinae – Grapholita janthinana

STATUS Current status unknown but probably common where there is Hawthorn. 

ID POINTERS – Short winged with a rounded termen. Head and thorax orangey- brown. Forewing brown with a suffused purplish or sometimes pinkish hue. Obvious orange mark in corner of wing tip.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing during June – August
