Tisheriidae – Coptotriche marginea – Bramble Blotch-miner

Status – Common, local in places throughout the county

ID  PointersA Leaf-miner – The larvae makes blotch mines in the leaves of Bramble. Especially visible in February and March. Forewing a brownish yellow, with the costa, the termen and the dorsum area darker brown, giving it a distinctive appearance.
