Tortricidae – Olethreutinae – Eucosma obrumbatana – Two-coloured Bell

STATUS Uncertain – Maybe local on Sow Thistle – Very few modern day records.

ID POINTERS – Male forewing yellowish brown in the dorsal third and brown to reddish-brown over rest of wing. The ocellus is pale, usually containing two or three long black dashes, often broken. The females forewing is pale and unicolorous with a pale ocellus.

FLIGHT PERIOD – On the wing mid June-August
